Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Skinora mask. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How it works: Email us at contact.skinoracare@gmail.com with your order number. Unused masks in their original packaging qualify for a full refund. Our team will arrange the return with you.

Faulty or damaged items: If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge — just send a photo and your order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to display the refund.
